I love roasting v...This sounds so good and so easy. I love roasting vegetables - brings out all of the YUM.<br /><br />One way to use cauliflower is as a substitute for Shrimp. Blanch it (so it digests more easily and you don't announce to everyone what you've just eaten with your loud belches - or worse ;-} )and then use it as a dip for cocktail sauce or sub it in your shrimp recipe.
